Ed was a blessing from day one. Day one, I told him I needed the entire process to be stress free (for health reasons). He told me to trust him; do what he suggested; and I would have a smooth, stress-free, pain free selling experience. He was right! He literally held my hand through the entire process. Even when I was 3,000 miles away on closing day ... Ed got me through it, and we got it done. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for listing a home ... and, after this experience, I am certain that he would be just as helpful and trustworthy when looking to buy a home. We bought in another state and he still helped to the extent he could. Great experience; great agent; great choice!

Ed is elite in his field. He knows everything about Ocean City (where I purchased a condo) and was very helpful in all aspects of this process. I know he has sold big number properties, but he was still willing to take on my little condo deal. He made this happen under very challenging circumstances when I think most agents would have given up. Ed went above and beyond!

My boyfriend and I have been working with Ed to find our getaway beach house since September 2016. We have had gone out on seven different days since then looking at multiple properties each time. He is just a plethora of knowledge when it comes to the area. Whether it's the ins and outs of buying different properties, the activities of the town, the local laws for the area, or where to eat Ed is your guy and we absolutely love him!! He continues to be patient as my man tends to over analyze each and every property we see. Day or night whenever one of us has a question concerning anything we are looking at online he responds quickly. He is the type of guy you would like to have as a neighbor for he is very friendly and down to earth. NEVER any pressure for a sale! He knows we will know when the property is right! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

Ed was so helpful in our recent purchase - We weren't from the area and needed a lot of help in making decisions and facilitating the process. He was more than helpful in getting us set up with the all the right vendors to make this process smooth and efficient. Anyone who has closed a loan for a home purchase knows that it isn't an easy process - We were able to fly right through and close when we had originally planned - Ed was a HUGE part of this.
